KSA proposal wins in a ‘tenants tender’ in Hod Hasharon! Life around a garden. In honor of the spring holiday and the sunny weather ahead, we are happy to share a proposal we designed recently, as part of a tenants’ tender in Hod Hasharon. The residential buildings in the project were organized around a wide inner garden, containing shaded areas, an ecological pool and lots of greenery. The garden defines the living experience in the project – functioning as a space for socializing and providing a scenic value to all apartments.

We are proud to announce the selection of Architect Koren Shachar by ‘Magdilim - magazine for urban renewal and real estate’, as part of their ’4O Under 4O’ list for 2O23. To the question of what are the reasons that led to his entry into the real estate field, Koren replies: "A combination of two loves - between the world of theory and complex ideas and the world of material and technology. The transition between these two worlds and the connection between them, as part of the design process, on a daily basis, is a fascinating and unique experience." To the question of what his ambitions are for the future, Koren replies: "To lead the office alongside our clients and alongside the planning institutions, to the realization of quality projects that have a positive effect on their users and their environment."

KSA proposal wins in a ‘tenants tender’ in the capital of the Negev – Be’er Sheba! The project offers an addition of 63O residential units in a diverse mix, commercial spaces on the ground floor, integrated public spaces and an independent public building, which includes a variety of uses for the benefit of the project’s residents and its surroundings. The design of the complex is based on a new 'urban structure', including boulevards, pathways and shaded gardens that connect the different parts of the project and its various uses, to produce a rich and diverse urban space.

Celebrating an important milestone in the 'Ariel Sharon' project in Dimona - the first landowners gathering! We started the design process of the masterplan for the ‘Ariel Sharon’ complex in Dimona, about a year ago. Designing an urban renewal project of this magnitude (2,3OO residential units) is a complex process. A process that weaves together an existing urban fabric, an architectural vision, municipal programmatic needs, and economic-entrepreneurial values, into a new place. The project stands now after an intensive design process, during which it was presented to the management of the Governmental Authority for Urban Renewal and to the management of the municipality led by the mayor, who expressed his support of the project. At this point in time, after the initial design stages have been completed, we had the privilege to present the project to the current apartment owners. By holding this initial dialogue, we had the opportunity to receive important feedback from a significant portion of the future neighborhood’s residents. It was a positive and exciting meeting. In a complex that includes 258 landowners, this is a significant event, which took place in the lottery centre hall in the city, in the presence of representatives of the entrepreneurial company and accompanying teams.
